Commercial Irrigation Project Foreman

We are a commercial irrigation and landscaping contractor located in Winter Garden FL looking to hire commercial irrigation crew foreman, supervisors, or managers for a large long-term contract. Our primary work is new construction installation. Applicants should have:

*Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial installation of irrigation and/or landscaping

*Knowledge of pumps and wells

*Knowledge of irrigation and landscape plans

*Experience with large diameter pipe

*Proficient with 2-wire systems

*Knowledge of irrigation needs for landscaping

*Experience with trenchers, augers, loaders and excavators

*Experience with supervising and directing crews for daily production

*Ability to set daily work plan and achieve the daily goals for production

*Experience with turning in accurate daily reports for crew's time and production

*Knowledge of inventory systems and ability to keep accurate inventory counts of materials

*Must have a valid Florida driver's license with less than 6 points and be insurable

*Must be authorized to work in the USA.

*Must be physically able to work in the Florida sun, lift 50 pounds or more as needed, be able to stand on feet all day and use various tools for digging in the ground.

Several positions available. The best candidates will have a teamwork mentality, desire to see the job done right with attention to details, motivation to meet production goals, have an honest work ethic and ability to work with a variety of crew members.  Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
