Local landscaping company with long-term project recruiting to staff F/C bookkeeper, has 5-10 yrs office experience, working with QuickBooks Enterprise software, payroll processing (including certified payroll), accts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting to outside accountant and CEO. Candidate will assist with progress invoicing of projects, lien releases, notice to owner and other project related paperwork.

Position includes Office Management, HR duties for new hires and terminated employees, Reporting on project and submitting completed forms, Filing and Organization of company files.

Strong QuickBooks skills and accuracy a must. 

Candidates must be experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. 

Spanish speaking candidates a huge plus.
